Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your lesson yourself 12 hours before the scheduled lesson using the booking system.
Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as missed lessons without notice, are considered completed and are non-refundable.
In case of an unexpected emergency, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to find a suitable solution.
